OLIO EXTRA VERGINE D’OLIVA - TERRE DEL LAGO

Our extra virgin olive oil is obtained from olives of the variety "Tonda Iblea" for 90% and "Moresca" for 10% It is classified in the category of fruity medium intensity. Its aroma has strong notes of green tomato, freshly cut grass and hints of artichoke. The taste is bitter and spicy, but well balanced.
